Taste of Ocala is Set for April 25th, 2010
I can’t believe that the 22nd Annual Taste Of Ocala is already here! Brick City Catering takes home multiple awards every year and will again this year. If you want to see the the best in show and want to try the best tasting food make sure you come by and see us! We will have great food and great music. As most of you know, Brick City Catering has adopted me as their DJ, “DJ Justin” as AL calls me so, I’ll be there playing the best songs from every era and all latest songs from today. Posh Pastry – Cake Tasting Event
Well this was my first ever Cake Tasting event. And I have to say this was one awesome way to spend an evening! First of all, Kristy from Posh Pastry brought some of her creations for everyone to see and she brought like 15 different cakes for the guests to try and there were probably about 20 different fillings or toppings that you could try also. I brought all my sweet “toofies” with me. My mother always told me to eat my dinner before I eat my desert but, What momma don’t know …… LOL. This event was held at the newly remodeled Hippodrome State Theatre and the other vendors that made this evening come alive were …… Amy from Adore Weddings and Events, Paul from Footstone Photography, Unique Designs, Susan from The Event Divas, Terranova Catering, and Solutions Bridal had models around in wedding dresses.
Glamour Gala – Once Upon A Dress
Out of all the Bridal Fashion shows I have done this one had to be the top! There were dresses from every decade all the way back to the 1940’s. I had the pleasure to be apart of the 1st ever “Glamour Gala” and it was held at Golden Ocala Golf and Equestrian Club. Paula and Carmen from Ocala Traditions, Holly and Kristin form Candour, Ana from Golden Ocala Golf and Equestrian Club, Debbie from Alterations Unlimited, Unforgettable Events by Dan Hathcock, and many others that I may be forgetting were all there to make a fantastic evening come together.
