D. I. Y. …. Do It Yourself Parties and Events. Do I need to hire a DJ?
In today’s economy many people are looking for ways to cut costs and still have a GREAT Party or Event. From a DJ’s point of view, why would someone pay hundreds of dollars for me to come and play music for a Dinner, small Birthday Party, small Anniversary Party or some other “Non-dance” function? The amount of money that you would spend on a “Mobile Jukebox” you could buy a nice portable CD/MP3 Player that could entertain a small group. So when should you hire a DJ? If you are entertaining more than 50 people and want a broad music selection, take request and have the songs requested, wireless microphones, dancing, and last but not least, someone to help coordinate the event and take some of the stress off of you.
